We’ve listened to your feedback and the countdown is officially on! We will be debuting the upgraded Maddie’s Pet Forum experience for everyone in the Fall!
Here are a few key things you need to know about what’s happening between now and launch:
Registration is Currently Disabled
Starting today, July 13th registrations to Maddie’s Pet Forum are disabled. If you have any colleagues or friends who are interested in joining the community, have them email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will receive a special invitation to join the new site.
Complete the Single-Sign On Process
Maddie’s Fund is also making it easier to access all of our free tools including Maddie’s University, Maddie’s Shelter Compass and Maddie’s Pet Forum.
You should have received an email from email@example.com with steps to complete for the single-sign on process. Please complete these actions as quickly as possible to help us improve your experience on the upgraded Maddie’s Pet Forum.

Save/Print Discussions from Archived Groups
If you are a member of a group that has been archived, be sure to visit your group and save, print or download any discussions or group resources you’d like to keep. Archived group content will no longer be available on the upgraded site. Click here to visit your groups
Add Your Name to Your Profile
If you haven’t yet, please add your First & Last Name to your profile. Our new site requires a display name so we want to make sure you’re good to go. If you don’t complete your display name information before July 28th, your current screen name will become your First Name and your Last Name will be “null”.
To add your name to your profile:
- Click on your avatar in the top right corner
- Select “Edit My Profile” from the dropdown list
- Add your first and last name
- Click “Save”
