Making changes within an organization can sometimes feel like an uphill battle.

In this week's QOTW, we want to hear about the issues you face when implementing new programs:

What has been the most difficult program for you to implement in your community?

Or tell us about what fears prevent you from moving forward with implementing best practices within your shelter? (ie. fee waived adoptions, open adoptions, etc.)

Want to learn more? Dr. Kim A. Sanders @SandersPAWS, Director and Veterinarian at Anderson County PAWS in Anderson, SC will be hosting our final lifesaving webcast of this series tomorrow.

She will be discussing how to implement lifesaving programs that will take your facility from a save rate of 50% to over 90% in a very short period of time.

Click here to register for the webcast which is scheduled for Thursday, December 6th at 9pm Eastern Time. Even if you can't make the webcast, be sure to register and you'll receive a link to view the recording.
