As an open-admission public shelter, we are looking to improve our budgeting and cost accounting to better plan cash flow and fund-raising efforts. We're looking to build an Excel sheet that shows per-animal costs for all direct services - Intake, daily care, routine medical care, and outcomes. Does anyone have such a worksheet they'd be willing to share? Thanks.
